Are you a strategic finance professional who enjoys turning data into business insights? Our client, a growing technology company in the software and SaaS space, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst or Finance Manager to join their team and play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
What You'll Do
- Develop, review, and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Analyze financial performance and investigate variances against plan
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Track and report weekly KPIs and business performance metrics
- Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and management reports
- Conduct budgeting versus actual variance analyses
- Pull and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities
- Partner with leadership to provide actionable financial insights
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience working in software, technology, SaaS, private equity-backed, or subscription-based business environments preferred
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate financial concepts to business leaders
- Must reside within approximately 35 miles of Murrieta, CA
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $90,000 - $120,000
